If climate changes, can people change?

It is time to say stop!! It is time to act!! The World Meteorological Organization is calling for action to halt climate change as extreme weather becomes the norm rather than the exception.

In July, heavy rainfall has triggered devastating flooding causing more than 130 deaths in Germany with more than a thousand missing, destroying towns and villages across two of the country’s most populous states. Parts of Western Europe and Scandinavia are enduring a lasting heatwave. Copernicus Sentinel-3 image, just few days ago, showed us a large number of fires, producing plumes of smoke from Siberia, caused by record-breaking temperatures and lightning, fuelled by strong winds, badly affecting the air quality across the international dateline in Alaska. The unprecedented heat in Western North America has also triggered devastating wildfires.
